Before launching LifeatWork, Kevin spent nearly seven years as a Human Resources Executive at Gateway First Bank, one of Oklahoma’s largest financial institutions with a national mortgage presence operating in more than 80 locations. Prior to Gateway, he founded and led The People Group for more than a decade. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the startup team and served as Chief Human Resources Officer for SemGroup, an international energy company that grew to #5 on Forbes’ list of the largest privately held companies in the United States.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oral Roberts University and a master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Kevin and his wife, Anita, are blessed with three daughters, three sons-in-law, and nine energetic grandchildren — the kind of “life shapes work” perspective that grounds everything he does professionally.
